At minimum, you should have a name that you’ve decided to use, the feel that you’d like to communicate, and an understanding of what you’re about or are building towards. Having good visual content ready to go is a plus (I can help with that if you don’t) as well as a general idea of what you’d like to accomplish.

Yes. While my service areas are decided and near-universal best practices exist, each person and business will have different needs depending on variables such as what they do, what goals they’re aiming for, what budget they have, etc.

This really depends on what services I’ll be providing as there are times I can work remotely and others where I need to be on site. My primary area of business is Oahu, Hawaii. I’m also able to provide services on other islands in Hawaii, the US Mainland and Japan. I’ve also provided services in other places such as Singapore and Hong Kong, but there are more limitations outside of my primary area of business.

Being that everything is custom and your needs aren’t exactly the same as the next person’s, costs can vary quite a bit. It will depend on your needs and budget, and can also vary depending on what’s being done (ie: You’re having photos taken one month but not the next, you have a website being built versus one’s already done, etc.). That being said, regarding ongoing marketing services specifically, there isn’t much meaningful work that can be done for less than $300 a month.

In addition to the cost for me to provide services, there are a few other potential things you may want to consider when thinking about your overall budget. These may include:
・Website domain purchase
・Website hosting / subscription fees
・Design and asset licenses as needed (custom fonts, images, icons, etc.)
・Media budget to run ads
・3rd party apps or software to help with management or optimization

For ongoing services, the full amount is due before service takes place. For one-time projects such as website creation, the first 50% of your project fee is invoiced at the start of work (non-refundable), and the last 50% at completion. If needed, adjustments to the payment schedule can be made.
